We're Hiring for our 2025 Programs!

Do you love cycling and working with kids?

Avout Racing is hiring! Do you love cycling and working with kids? We want YOU to become an Avout Racing junior coach or director. Yes! You! Avout Racing is a non-profit cycling organization in the southwest Denver metro area. With our kid's programs continuing to grow, we’re looking for new coaches and directors passionate about sharing their love of bikes! We are accepting applications NOW for anyone 16 years of age and older.

We have positions available for all levels of mountain biking and cyclocross, from beginners to experts. For our upper-level coaches and director positions, we are looking for people with more experience in training, coaching, and cycling. But you do not need to be an expert rider to be a coach—we consider it more important to connect well with kids! Even beginner mountain bikers who are great with kids make awesome coaches for our younger groups.

Job Opportunities – Coach and director positions are available for mountain biking and cyclocross levels.  You can work 1 to 6+ hours per week, depending on your desired level of commitment.  Practice locations vary, generally in the southwest Denver metro area, with expansions in 2024 to Conifer and possibly Colorado Springs.  Most practices are on weekday evenings, spring through fall. There are possibilities for weekend race support based on coach availability and interest. You can commit to the schedule that works for you.
