Ashlee Lile

Ashlee Lile has led Avout Racing’s Conifer Rec program as Head Coach for the past two years, bringing her background as a teacher and her passion for youth development to the team. A strong advocate for getting more kids on bikes, Ashlee adds tremendous value to the community by inspiring riders to build confidence, skills, and a love for the sport.
