Jeff Cheever

Jeff brings a deep passion for youth development, competitive cycling, and community engagement, along with a strong educational background in sport management and marketing. Jeff is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for young athletes to learn, grow, and build confidence, and he strongly embodies the mission and values of Avout Racing. Jeff is returning to Avout Racing after being a rider on the team for several years and gained valuable non-profit leadership experience where he was a Programs & Operations Manager at El Grupo Youth Cycling in Tucson, AZ. During his time at El Grupo he helped manage the organization during a difficult leadership change and created meaningful relationships within the local cycling community. Jeff also has experience coaching high school mtn biking, was a lead coach for race team training camps in Durango and Arizona, and also started a new junior program that competed in Arizona mountain bike races such as the MBAA XC races, Cactus Cup, and 24 Hours Old Pueblo. Jeff’s leadership, experience, and commitment will be invaluable as Avout Racing continues to grow and serve its community.
