Do you love cycling and working with kids?

Avout Racing is hiring! Do you love cycling and working with kids? We want YOU to become an Avout Racing junior coach or director. Yes! You! Avout Racing is a non-profit cycling organization in the southwest Denver metro area. With our kids programs continuing to grow, we’re looking for new coaches and directors who are passionate about sharing their love of bikes! Positions available for all levels of mountain biking and cyclocross, from beginners to experts. For our upper-level coaches and director positions, we are looking for people with more experience in training, coaching, and cycling. But, you do not need to be an expert rider to be a coach—we consider it more important to connect well with kids! Even beginner mountain bikers who are great with kids make awesome coaches for our younger groups.
